Somer Ramsey is currently in her second year at ACMS with the 6th grade Math and Science classes. She is originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, but has lived in many places including England for five years. She received her Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from Valdosta State University in 2004 and Masters of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in Biology from Georgia College and State University in 2006. Prior to coming to ACMS, Ms. Ramsey taught 8th grade Science in Alpharetta.
When not at school, Ms. Ramsey enjoys playing and watching various sports, traveling and spending time with her two puppies.
